Gold Plated Queen Helene Drop Earrings

Queen Helene earrings made with 14K gold plated sterling silver set with freshwater pearls and agate semi-precious stones. The earring is inspired by the lower portion of the original Helene earring, found inside a Byzantine structure, but assumed to have been crafted during Roman rule of Jerusalem in the first century CE. The earring belonged to the family of Queen Helene, who converted and relocated to Jerusalem, and took an integral part in the history of the Jewish people.
