Pair of Queen Helene earrings. Made from 22K gold plated 925 sterling silver, with pearls and agate gemstones. this design was inspired by a gold earring inlaid with pearls and emeralds that was discovered in the Ancient Tyropoeon Valley excavation at the Givati Parking Lot by the entrance to the City of David. Its quality raises the hypothesis that it belonged to a woman of high social status in the Roman period, about two thousand years ago, since it is in a later excavation layer it can be assumed that it was inherited from generation to generation. We followed the original design lines to preserve the majesty that the earring imparts.

If we had not been trawling through YouTube looking at the Givati car park site where the tunnel from the City of David goes underground to the Temple Mount we would not have seen the earrings that were recovered from the dig. My mother wanted to gift me the earrings to match so we ordered them online. The ordering was easy, however, I never received tracking information that actually worked when I linked to it. Please make sure your customers can track easily as it was a bit frustrating. Overall the experience was awesome and I absolutely love these gorgeous earrings! The green stones don't match my necklace perfectly but I don't mind. The set is stunning and I love the story behind it! Thank you for providing amazing products and I will order more in the future!
