The collection was inspired by the Golden Bell, a unique archeological item from the Second Temple period. The bell is made of pure gold, with delicate, curved carvings. Recreating sounds from the past, it is possible the original bell was part of the coat of the High Priest, as described in Exodus 28:33: ‘And they shall make bells of pure gold [...] upon the skirts of the robe round about’. The High Priests coat was decorated with 72 bells, which marked the entry of the High Priest into the holiest place in the Temple.
