"David's Harp" shaped napkin holder based on a bronze ornament in the shape of an Ancient harp, popularly known as "King David`s Harp." King David was known as the poet of the people, as he composed the Book of Psalms while playing a harp like this one. The artifact was discovered at the Temple Mount Sifting Operation at Emek Tzurim on the Mount of Olives. It is 2 centimeters wide, its date is unknown, and it happens to be very similar in shape and form to the symbol chosen to represent the City of David.
(new edition)Technical Details:
I absolutely love the harp of David holder, which I ordered online from the City of David Ancient Jerusalem webpage. It is also a wonderful music stand paperweight, desktop symbol and holder for my conducting batons. It will be an honor to have this beautiful symbol of the harp of David displayed in my home, as a reminder of Psalm 23, for the rest of my life.
