Pair of stud earrings and necklace with a pendant both bearing the words “deka leyah”, meaning "Pure for God". Part of a jewelry collection created by leading Israeli artists and inspired by a tiny and extremely rare seal. The seal was discovered during the sifting of archaeological rubble in the Emek Tzurim National Park which originated from the area around Robinson’s Arch, an arch of which protrudes from the Temple Mount. The seal was used in the Temple to certify that items were pure and therefore were allowed entry.
